HOUSING UPDATE
We appreciate your interest in the apartments, but University Student Apartments no longer anticipates having any housing available and has stopped accepting applications for Fall 2009. However, we do anticipate having housing available for Spring 2010 and are accepting applications for that semester. Students may contact the University Student Apartments Office for more information.

2009-2010 Rental Rate Notification
The Board of Curators recently approved a rate increase for the University Student Apartments. This notice is to remind you
that the rate will become effective July 1, 2009. All current rates are available at reslife.missouri.edu/apartments/rates.html.

Contacting your Resident Manager
Resident Managers are part-time employees who work to help your community run smoothly. Click below to find out about all the things your Resident Managers can do for you (and some things they CAN'T).
Resident Managers also have posted office hours and even have on-call hours. You can contact them to find out about their office hours or set up an appointment.
University Student Apartments are available only for students who are married,
have children, are single graduate students, or are students over the age
of 21. All other students should refer to the Residence Hall webpage for
housing information.
